This surely doesn't sum up the article and it's not a review in any sense. The one thing I heard that really rang true with me and the one thing you could take with you after hearing all these experiences is below. From the page: "Interviewers should remember that they are also being assessed - it's no good putting a potential candidate through hell to weed out the good ones, if the good ones decide they'd rather not work for you.
