- As part of your penance, here's your bummer article of the day. Were that it wasn't true. Consider it the next time you go to the asian market and are considering buying Weird Shit in a Can(tm). I stand by my prediction of Ms. Silva becoming a major world figure in short order -- note the recommendation about deforestation at the end of the article. That's radical shit that needs to happen, as does a ban on the unrestricted use of plastics that are degrading into a toxic slurry of tiny plastic bits that now fill the stomachs of so much ocean life.
