What is it with the UK !! Can't we open anything smoothly. Its caused by penny pinching and the usual lack of planning !! I despair, I really do !!

- A bad start for the new terminal at Heathrow. What do people expect if they insist on living/working/travelling in the crowded city-state instead of spreading out around the country? The sooner transport planners realise there are three countries and a province outside London that they are responsible for, the better.
