JD001 rated 10 months ago- We all better brace ourselves, the future does not look good, a possible recession maybe on the horizon. This is not the first time in which American financial institutions have been responsible for economic downturns due to irresponsible practices and greed. The regulations governing the sub-prime mortgage sector have got to be tightened up so that this will not occur again. Also, regulations covering the sales of these so called bundles of bad debt to other financial institutions must be tougher and enforced, if not such sales banned all together...This is crazy...
