I'll never understand why 'race' is a question on everything you fill out. Qualifications for a job should be set with no consideration for race or sex. If I can't do a job as well as a man, hire the man. Don't lower the standards for me.

Racism is racism, regardless of the name manufactured. Until we understand this there will be people like Jesse Jackson and his ilk that will use it to divide us.

Yes. I agree with racism being the exact same thing as reverse racism. But what about Affirmative Action? Do you think that's considered reverse racism?

I want to agree, but the manufactured word(all words are manufactured) "reverse discrimination" is merely giving the distinction that one race is discriminating against another race just in a positive way. The employer could have secretly thought that black people arn't good workers, but felt guilty and given a black person the job. So I feel that even though it was the white and latin guys that were occupationally hurt by this racism it was the black people who were actually discriminated against.
