This site specializes in the best Windows freeware, not shareware or nagware. It's good for locating freeware, but it lacks a ranking system or end-user comments. Some entries are slightly out of date.It also hosts links to (1) portable applications for your flash drive, (2) web development applications, and (3) web applications that run in your browser (e.g. social bookmarking).

Great site! Has a free PDF viewer and also a converter/creator, that I'm eyeing in hopes of getting ride of the Adobe bloatware!
