Just be careful with the amount of fat and carbs, they can be bad enemies when you're building muscles....

Good article...eating 5 - 6 meals a day is key...this keeps your body in an anabolic state, building muscle, burning fat.

Good tips, but I would like to see more options for vegetarians in articles like these. I also understand they are a minority for a topic like bodybuilding.
