- an amazing idea, and extremely true. the only problem is the government (and all the levels of the law thats involved in the ''war on drugs'') is too used to the money thats helping grease the wheels amongst all the aforementioned organizations. every single person that is holding a job position related to the ''war on drugs'' is saturated _way_ too far into the legislative process to ever allow this happen. no one will ever say "this is a morally upright idea, but it means i won't have a job in 5 years" and follow through. =(
