My teacher sucked at using it, so I don't know if it can be any good. We are trying to switch from blackboard. Hope it works out.

Moodle is a free, open source Learning Management System (LMS) integrated with forums, resources, wikis and more. It looks like a good solution for building online courses. I haven't tried it, but a good source to keep in mind, when needed!!
