"We want people to view it as their second car," says Bramscher. "If you can ride a bicycle, you can ride the Enertia." I think thats key for people who dont wantt o ride a motorcycle because of safety concerns or registration. when i think electric bike i think 25 mph top speed to get me to local places that are too far to walk.
