The problem is really the poor health of your population - the high-fat diet, huge food portions, love of cars and lack of exercise, poor education around health and nutrition, terrible food in schools, obese kids with looming health challenges. Your doctors are about to mount a huge cash grab - do you think that they are interested in getting people healthy? Of course not. They are rubbing their hands together gleefully in anticipation. You're not a well-nourished population despite your overweight, and that's because of your chemical-based farming and ranching practices. Wake up!
