Kaempfer05 discovered 4 months ago- Ever since upgrading to Hardy, flash has been a mixed bag. After reading this, I finally discovered that libflashsupport hadn't been installed in the upgrade. I also installed the workaround nspluginwrapper package for good measure, and voila - now flash is just limited by being a bloated streaming solution, instead of that plus crappy audio interfacing.

- I never had this error, but many many else. I first thought hardy was great, now I regret upgrading.. So many things cease to work or work worse and with stupid workarounds, sound wise. Examples: Wine, UT2004, VMWare, a GB emulator, about every software that uses ALSA exclusively and so on. And it crashes on me on every reboot (and I have to raise elephants if I am not fast enough with the command for restarting the x server), it is less stable... I regret upgrading
