reading this really makes me feel like a retard. i mean is there really need of lists like this one here? are we really that fucking dumb that we can't realize this by ourselves and we need lists for it? and check out the last fucking row "don't forget to turn off the TV" before or while you "communicate"...come on! way too stupid. as if we were all robots and we would need like a guide to perfect and flawless relationships. this makes me a little sad...the fact that there are stupid list to "get you through" and to freaking remind you to turn off the damn TV while you have an important conversation.
