I am a RN and it is not legal for hospitals to deny ANYONE emergency care. This is a hoax. They would bill charity care or Hill-Burton. What a phoney, and yes, this is a fake site.
This site is under a cloud of suspicion following inconsistencies uncovered in a similar scam initiated via Plurk. A transcript of the Plurk can be found here and backed up here. I advise people not to risk chipping in and aiding the deception
