- this looked so good I had to try it...it worked great...but it took more like 12 minutes to cook the egg, and the bread was smaller than the egg, so it overflowed a little...I think butter is only needed on the side of the bread that touches the muffin pan...but all in all YUM!!! I would totally make this again, and they are sooooooooo cute!!!
