Great list of tools to help for recovery if a computer crashes. I am partial to livecd's since they often provide a bunch of tools at your disposal. Knoppix is great for this.

ever since my laptops and computers neglected having floppies, i have yet to find a tool which steps up to the plate of pqmagic floppies. But there it is... gtparted-livecd, how have you hidden from me for so long?
