    I must agree Vista can be so annoying at times...I have tweaked a few of these but not all..so yes a handy site

    Great Vista tips here. My absolute favs are, "Stop Hard Drive Grinding" and "Stop the Annoying Pop-up Notification Balloons." Those are the two that bother me the most.
