Adam gave this trick a try and dropping the F bomb did indeed zap him right through to a human. We suggest using this trick when you're not within earshot of your co-workers. "

    Some cool phone tricks to be found at this site. Not that you would use them all, but they are better than any I could come up with, especially Google 411. I didn't even know it existed.

    Lifehacker compiles a great list of some of the best phone-related tools available and some nifty techniques for unique situations. Jott.com is by far one of the most useful web apps I've used followed closely by Google 411 and Grand Central.
