I keep returning to kmkrebs' atmospheric soundscapes. An electronic composer of considerable subtlety and creativity, his blog is full of quality links with clear, thoughtful commentary.

The Slapping Machine

This is an excerpt for a ridiculous Japanese game show -- the deal is that none of the contestants are allowed to laugh (and this one is even filmed in a fake library to add to the pressure). For reasons beyond my comprehension, Ernesto Hoost, a championship kick-boxer, appears as one of the players on this episode. I've watched it so many times and I still get a laugh out of it! I would love to organize a game like this with some friends!
