If you think American style Danish pastries are great, you should check out wienerbr�d. Once you've had a proper Danish "Danish" you'll be spoilt on American style Danish forever.

Danish Pastry how to page. I'm bookmarking this for one for when the garden harvest frenzy is over, the weather cools a bit and a kitchen being heated by a baking oven is a welcome thing. For now I'm going to spend as much time outside enjoying our above average September weather (well deserved after 9 months of below normal temperatures in this region).
