::: * JEC1958 * Jec1958 I CANNOT SEE THAT FAR AWAY USED TO BE Walk with me to Far-Away, farther than we are today, to the land of where I-Cannot-See the place we once called Used-To-Be. In Used-To-Be it's all forgot and all that's left is what is not. In Far-Away the future's there and every day the weather's fair. I-Cannot-See is just beyond the Used-To-Be that is long gone and Far-Away will always be a better place than Used-To-Be. So walk with me to Far-Away and share with me a sunny day in the far off land I-Cannot-See, and forget about the Used-To-Be. [Billy Jones] ~*~*~*~ Missing you, Jan. :::

I just had to renew this review. I love Jan. We are lucky she is here on SU. from Jan's blog, she has a way with words: "This is no new observation but I have finally decided that I wanted to say something about a great injustice that I have seen being done for a very long time. There is something living in some people's minds around the world;it is not a good thing, either. It has many different names but they are all naming forms of one thing: hatred. It is a judgment of person or persons because of their skin color, religion, gender, nationality, sexual preference, etc. The list goes on and on. There is so much negativity on this Earth already, why do these people feel the need to add to it? It is not mankind's place to judge or hate. Simply put: we are all people. We all feel, bleed, and breathe. And, I believe that we are all capable of love, if we allow ourselves to do so. If only even for one week all these misguided beliefs of prejudice were dropped, blinders were removed, and self-imposed limitations were lifted, and all people allowed themselves to truly experience all persons as equal partners in humanity, then quite possibly everyone could learn a most valuable lesson of life. We are ONE. We are LOVE."
