This is ridiculous. If you've bought a cd with music on it, you should be able to listen to it however you like. This doesn't target music pirating, it targets people who have legally bought music and supported an artist (and the record label).

from the page: "Will the record companies give you the choice? For their perspective, we quote Tommi Kyyrä, of IFPI Finland: "Now, we need to understand that listening to music on your computer is an extra privilege. Normally people listen to music on their car or through their home stereos," said Kyyrä. "If you are a Linux or Mac user, you should consider purchasing a regular CD player."
