I mean, it sucks, obviously, but is it outside just laws? I can't answer that. How can I form an intelligible opinion here?

- Ya know what? I'm not against any reasonable measure that will secure our borders. I don't like eminent domain laws one bit, but I understand the need in this case. But they need to be fairly applied. What do poor tribal elders and this guy have in common?...apparently nothing. And that's just fucking wrong. Plus given the governments track record for running things I reckon this will be a gigantic boondoggle anyway. I'm glad they're trying to do something constructive about the problem but as usual they're fucking it up.
