No, probably not. That would be retarded. And I assume they have also factored in the fact that new pictures will forever have fewer views than even unpopular older pictures.
The content here is reasonable. A lot of it is stuff you've seen before, of course - hardly any of these "amazing, funny picture sites" actually generate original content. But the interface is smooth and uncluttered and the site is remarkably low on advertising content, so thumbs up.- I have to question a site that both shows you random pictures, and boosts the circulation of the pictures with the most views.
