one hundred push ups

A good, well-focused site for those wanting to obtain / maintain this strength goal. There was a time when I was able to do well over 500 consecutive push ups (no break), but those days are gone. I can't recapture that ... but I'm tired of looking like an albino dumpling every time I undre... more
