1StrawRevolution discovered 5 months ago- NEV's are uber cool. Neighboorhood Electric Vehilces. Zero emmisions (if you have Green Energy in your home), decent range and top speeds in the 30-35mph range make them realistic for city cars. think of them as uber clean 4 set/season mopeds. Pricing on these here is about $10k. Great to see these coming to Wisconsin!
