I love Bank of America. But for the record I do not like the fact that they decided to give bank accounts to people who are here illegally.

Came here just to thumbs down this place. Horrible bank. You can read tons of horrour stories involving their shady way of dealing with people all around the Internet.

Bank of America gets a BIG thumbs down for neglecting to close my account TWICE even though they said it was closed both times. They're external ATM fee got on my nerves as well.
