Google Keyword Tool should be your first stop when doing keyword research for SEO, SEM or domain name purchases. Type in a term, and get a huge list of alternate phrases, spellings and similar terms - each with search volume and advertising expense indicators. It's an internet marketer's best friend. Keep in mind that you can't take all of its results to heart - sometimes it inflates the actual number of searches per month for certain keyword terms. Make sure you try not to use worthless words like "and", "the", etc., to ensure results are as accurate as possible.
