I was using Google Browser Sync to synchronise the Firefox bookmarks between my different computers, unfortunately it's no longer available for download and won't support Firefox 3. Instead, to get similar functionality, Google suggests using Mozilla Weave, Google Toolbar for Firefox, or Foxmarks. From the page: "If you use Firefox on more than one computer, you'll want Foxmarks. Install Foxmarks on each computer, and it will work silently in the background to keep your bookmarks synchronized. You can also log in to my.foxmarks.com to manage your bookmarks from any computer."
