    I live in a town house with all it's rules but the townhouse is in Phoenix Az so there is plenty of sun. I've been looking for something like the portable solar panels when my electric bill reaches $350/month for June, July and August for whole house cooling! Temps over 90 at night, often and above 105, 110, or even 120. You look for any kind of help you can get!
