At first I thought it strange the urinals are for men only, but than I realized that most women never piss on the streets.

These urinals come out at night. Then you should be drunk enough to not worry about pissing in public.

Very good idea. If they're too drunk to find a bathroom, they're too drunk to care that the urinal is completely exposed to the outside.
