I remember way back in the early days of the web, Boing Boing was there, chronicling the weird and wonderful stuff that people were publishing online. Now, almost 20 years later, Boing Boing is still going strong. And it's still hard to pin down what it is, exactly. It's a weblog (a log of websites), a magazine, a running commentary on issues as diverse as intellectual property and police abuses. Whatever it is, Boing Boing serves up a lot of content and a lot of links each day, and a surprisingly high percentage of it is worth reading, bookmarking and tweeting. Guest bloggers are numerous and diverse, bringing such personalities as John Hodgman and Gareth Branwyn -- and their web rambles -- into my feed reader. Whatever Boing Boing is, I don't like to start the day without it.
