Some good advice, except for the following: "* Do not drink or eat anything caffeinated within six hours of bedtime. * Avoid alcohol. It's relaxing at first but can lead to insomnia when it clears your system." ... I call BS on that, but that is just me :)

You can only cheat sleep for so long. Some longer than others but ultimately you pay..
