From the page item 12: "Yes, the probability that life exactly as we know would evolve is very small, but it proves nothing about the probability of life as we do not know it evolving." So atheist have faith that there is an innate mechanism for order from chaos! This is called faith. ...

To anyone who doesn't want to read about atheism or religion and claims that it's forced on them on the internet, do you remember how you got to the page? Do you think that you could, if you wanted to, see the word "atheism" and click the stumble button once more just like you do for everything else that doesn't interest you, or should the internet be set up specially for what only you want to find on it?

good read... and to those commenters sick of this type of thing, it's the response to the years upon years where the religious had everything their way... well i'm tired of it and it sounds like he is too and so are a lot of other people. it wouldn't be such a big deal if the religious didn't try to force their values on to everyone else, but they do. i've turned the other cheek, so to speak, for a long time, but not any more. props to this guy.

@IdejMcD: The reason atheism has to be so aggressive nowadays is to reduce the bullshit spread by religion for thousands of years. Besides, this is just a web site debunking some common creationism arguments. No one's "shoving themself in your face" to be an atheist in the real world, unlike the religious groups. From what I've seen (which this page certainly supports) and personally stand by, is that atheists tend to be on the defensive side, and merely present reason and coherence to all religious claims. We don't go around hunting creationists and trying to convert them. Who's got time for that and does any atheist even care about doing so? My philosophy has always been "Live your own life and believe in whatever makes you content, be it gods, pink unicorns, teapots, or flying spaghetti monsters. Just don't try to impose your beliefs on anyTHING or anyONE". The past 2,000 years certainly go against this line of thought... OK, sorry for rambling... :-/

A must for the metaphysically challenged.

this is the same atheist crap i've read over and over again and is no different than the 500 other pages spouting the same agenda. The biggest problem I have with religion is its need to shove itself in your face. Atheism isn't stacking up very well in comparison nowadays, especially on the web.

I don't agree with most people commenting, I think what he's trying to get across here is most arguments Christians make are stupid and accomplish nothing, neither do anything we tell the Christians, so its best if we all shut up and stop butting into each others beliefs.
