    From the page: "12 Reasons You're So Tired" I wish I'd read this when I was in school. It would have saved a lot of hassle. I was tired all the time, apathetic and also forgetful I only found out in my late twenties that I was anaemic. I was also hooked on Coffee which didn't help at all because besides the danger of overstimulus, caffeine also prevents the absorption of iron because it destroys Vitamin C as I understand it. Now that i take my iron tabs and I don't drink coffee, I am no longer tired and I'm not as forgetful and scatter-brained as I was. I'm also less stressed because I don't forget stuff, and because I'm not all hyperactive from the caffeine :)
