Good video. The flow of energy is interesting to me because I practice aikido, and from that punch I can sense a good throw =p.

why don't we settle this and just punch someone in the balls.

edwinpeng, you've never been in a fight in your life have you? she punched him in the eye, while him collapsing probably wouldn't have happened, it would have at least shocked him enough for her to get away. getting punched in the eye hurts, it'll make someone unable to see for a second, and recoil. it's a good tactic, and from that angle a punch would have been much more effective that a kick to the balls.

teaches you how to throw a punch, but that ending clip was lame... that guy must have been a pansy if he fell from one punch... from a girl. anywho, you might be able to throw a stronger punch by following those instructions, but don't expect to knock someone out... a real good punch is intuitive, you can't learn it

girls, if you're ever grabbed by a guy, give him a good kick to the balls, that'll make most men stop (of course, some won't.. but a strong punch to their face won't do anything ether)
