- You really need an antiseptic in your mouthwash- this does not have one in it. I'll stick with Aquafresh.

- If you want a less abrasive toothpaste or one that's gentler on your teeth, look for those traits, not "natural". Chemicals are chemicals, and your body doesn't care how the toothpaste is manufactured. The industry definition of "natural" also doesn't imply that environmentally healthy manufacturing techniques were used.
