- The start of the Google Doodle... I came up to the "Burning Man" chapter in the "The Google Story" book and had to take a peak at what exactly they were talking about. Apparently Google setup the burning man Google Logo to let everyone know where they'd be in case the system went down while they were away. How thoughtful. At least they have their priorities right :). From the page: "One of the things I like best about Google is that we're the kind of company that, when a user writes in to suggest that we honor the once-every-122-years Transit of Venus on our home page, we actually do it!"
