Kids - and plenty of adults I like - enjoy declaring what superhero they would be. Most of it revolves around the cool powers - flight, super-strength, web-swinging, lightning, flaming skull, whatever. But it's easy to overlook the superhero with no super-abilities whatsoever, beyond a bottomless bank account and the poor taste to put a bat-logo on every one of the many pieces of equipment he owns. That's my superhero.

Here's a Batman-themed home movie screening room, which should give you an idea of how Bruce kicks back in Wayne Manor: surrounded by dark caves and high technology. As consumer-level electronics in many sectors now rivals the kind of future-tech that Batman has always sported, the dream of a Bat-cave has never been closer to reality, as this slick, cave-like screening room shows. Now, if only I can get my wife to let me start digging under the basement again...
