Ketake discovered 18 months ago- Pixelnotes is a wallpaper consisting of four layers of varying gray tones, with each layer perforated in a grid format and backed with an adhesive similar to post-it notes. So basically you write a message on the wall, peel a square off, and reveal the gray beneath it. The wall will eventually form a pixelated image depending on how you use it.
