frenchfrog discovered 20 months ago- From the page : G: ... Do you recognize that there's a difference between one dollar and one cent? A: Definitely. G: Do you recognize there's a difference between half a dollar and half a cent? A: Definitely G: Then, do you therefore recognize there's a difference between .002 dollars and .002 cents A: No.

ntltrmllgnc rated 15 months ago- ok that's it

mimsy rated 20 months ago- I wasn't sure whether to up thumb or down thumb this one! I'm in awe of George's patience! Heck, I envy his patience! I'd have been uttering obscenities about the customer support people's mothers 5 minutes into the conversation! George needs to send a bill to Verizon for the arithmetic lessons he had to give their employees.

Morris-Cat rated 20 months ago- -_- Too bad Verizon is the best carrier (for location) where i'm at. I hate dealing with them.

deltagbruin rated 20 months ago- Oh my gosh....my blood boils just reading this - Verizon has screwed me up a number of times....aaaaah!

musicpod rated 20 months ago- From the page: "So, clearly, two one-thousandths of a dollar, which is your rate for airtime as I now understand it, uh, your rate per kilobyte in Canada is two one-thousandths of a dollar. But two one-thousandths of a dollar is different than two one-thousandths of a *cent*. What I was quoted was .002 cents. That's two one-thousandths of a cent per kilobyte."

NebulaBlack rated 20 months ago- Just listening to this call to Verizon drove me that much closer to insanity.

anjali rated 20 months ago- Transcript of the call between a Verizon cellphone customer and various Verizon reps who can't tell the difference between dollars and cents
