Sleep anytime anywhere anyhow. Train yourself to sleep standing making love to a tree all night while it rains. Live in the present and you will not need a watch or need to measure the time you were asleep. Hell you must be asleep most of the time anyhow so why count sleep time. The nuthouses with steeples or minuets keep you moving to keep you awake. Meth keeps sheeple awake and running their mouths. Religions use self and group hypnosis (prayer) to control the herd animals. How about a useful church for a change? One with beds and a no talking policy. :) Sleep and when you wake are you the same person? Are you the same person when everything in the universe changes? You are just a probability wave, a brief disturbance, a buzzing fly soon to be disassembled... so go back to sleep and leave my Arizona desert cave so I can sleep some more. I hear the coyotes howling and soon it will be dawn. I will nap when it hits 106F today in a month it will be 120F in the shade then I will crawl deeper into my cave and sleep even longer but without a clock or a wife to nag me who cares?
