random plot generator for writers

Flippin awesome. I have no problem putting my beloved characters through hell. But sometimes I just can't come up with something deviant enough. Thats where this little gem of a site can help you shine. Remember "its all fun and games... until someone loses an eye"

Why do writers need some generator of things to help spice up their writing? If you need this, you really shouldn't be writing. Even if you get writer's block, relying on some other random persons' ideas is just lazy.

Nice idea, but most of these are pretty lame.

Ooo - nice writing prompt site. I usually don't like typical prompts, but this is useful and relevant.

plot generator intended for writers to make their characters suffer. really, i just like it for this: "Wouldn't they look cooler as a peg leg? I think so."

Useful enough.

I didn't see any really groundbreaking ideas here, but anything that helps remind writers that good fiction writing is about creating conflict for your characters is a good thing.

Great stuff for budding writers. Conflict is usually one of the barriers that writers encounter.
