608gpd rated 8 months ago- While we sit here 50+ years after these cartoons were created it is important to remember the time these cartoons were created. The 'donald duck' as a nazi cartoon was created during world war II and delivered an anti-nazi message, a good thing right? But who is used to seeing a swastika in a cartoon now? All these cartoons are amazing classics and shouldn't be disrespected because people have different ideas of what is acceptable now. Sure they depict stereotypes, (ooohhh thats so bad! how dare they) but I would still take them over the wife-swapping fuck-name-calling shit we have on TV today.

- Interesting. I didn't read it all only snipits and amazing how offensive these cartoons were back in the day. Donald as a nazi? Brings my childhood into question.

- It's Donald F. Duck, not Donald T. Duck.
