allen-taylor rated 7 months ago- I liked the comment about sucking the life right out of you. Good read. And right on!

Postscript5 rated 7 months ago- Absolutely loved this, really funny and so true!

Antbag rated 7 months ago- Don't get caught working with someone who sucks the life blood out of you. Good read!

edithyeung rated 7 months ago- At one point in the novel, one of the characters has the choice of whether to act on his faith in the Good or to rely just on his tools. It turns out that in a battle between good and evil, tools aren't much good without faith. The same thing is true for freelancers. Even if you've got your technical skills down to perfection, it doesn't matter a bit if you don't have faith in the Goodness of your work.

watsoninc rated 7 months ago- From post "There are three ways out of a situation gone bad... 1) You can stay, fight, and die a miserable death. 2) You can stay, fight, and (barely) survive. 3) You can run and hope that it doesn't catch up to you. "
