i cant believe i never thought of googling torrent trackers list, sometimes i would download the same torrents from different index sites just for the trackers

The volume of seeders doesn't matter nearly as much as the ratio between seeders and leeches. You'll be better off just picking one, maybe two trackers.

It worked great once I weeded out the trackers that were either blocked or didn't exist.
