    I'll let you know once I've done the "cures"....sounds impressive though and I've shamed myself by not even hearing through the grapevine about many of these remedies...travelling in the wrong circles I guess :)

I don't need citations to tell you that they work for me, but I do wish there was more testing to provide data to people who need it to even try. Most of these have been known for hundreds of years by countless grandmothers and mothers handed down. Medicine often costs you more than the cure of whatever gets treated. I believe that the simplest ways are often the best, but I would not hesitate using medicine where it's needed.
