From the page: "What is a Three Sisters Garden? It is an ancient method of gardening using an intercropping system which grows corn, beans, and squash crops simultaneously in the same growing area that is typically a rounded mound of soil, often called a hill. "

What is a Three Sisters Garden? It is an ancient method of gardening using an inter-cropping system which grows corn, beans, and squash crops simultaneously in the same growing area that is typically a rounded mound of soil, often called a hill. OR ... it is a way to make something positive out of the pitchers' mound up at Safeco. It's for doggone sure the Ms can't pitch from the thing.

great way to maximize space, but these three crops would require quite a bit of soil amendment.
