From the page:

Exxon Mobile announced on October 27, 2005 quarterly earnings of over $100 billion, the largest in history for a public company. And with that came the report that third quarter profits reached almost $10 billion.

We will not buy fuel from Exxon Mobile, until they contribute their $2.64 billion windfall* to the Red Cross Katrina Relief effort.

There are better gas companies out there (barely). Sometimes it is just the lesser of two evils.

If you're going to boycott a company, spell their name right. How hard is it to notice that the giant signs, the website, the commercials, the pumps ... not one of them places an E on the end of the MOBIL brand name? As if small-scale boycotts were ever effective anyway, those that come across as dashed-off protests based on little more than a clever domain name (yes, Exxon, Exxoff, very cute) are bound to be even less so. Oh, also? ExxonMobil is a progressive employer and heavy donator by comparison to many American companies of similar size, and I resent their profit margin very little.
