Anyway, it's the handiwork of one sick puppy.
Wonder what the artist is doing now and
I only hope he/she didn't eventually enter
"the system" (communist or capitalist).
Chances are the artist is a true outsider
and has since been certified by the very
medical establishment he or
she was learning about.
Unless his balls exploded and he bled to death.
